Educational use only. This site provides educational calculators and reference information. By using it you acknowledge that nothing here is investment advice, tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security, and that you alone are responsible for your financial decisions.
No warranty on data. Market data is republished from fund issuers’ public materials with source attribution and as-of dates. It may be delayed, revised by the issuer, or wrong; we provide it “as is” and disclaim all warranties. Verify any figure with the issuer or your broker before relying on it.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from use of this site, including decisions based on calculator outputs or data displayed here.
Affiliate and advertising relationships. Display advertising is not currently enabled. Affiliate links are not currently enabled. Ads and commercial relationships do not influence the data shown, calculator mathematics, or funds included, and we do not accept payment from fund issuers for inclusion. Not affiliated with issuers. Fund names and tickers appear for identification only. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fund issuer named here (NEOS, Global X, J.P. Morgan, Amplify, Simplify, Schwab, Invesco, BlackRock/iShares, or others).
Intellectual property and acceptable use. VestorOak™ and its logo are trademarks of Raul Rivera. Original site copy, design, and graphics are protected by copyright; fund names, tickers, facts, and credited third-party material remain their respective owners’ property. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the site and its public feeds for personal, noncommercial purposes. Do not scrape at scale or at abusive rates, republish pages wholesale, remove attribution, or misrepresent calculator outputs as advice to others. You may use the distribution calendar feed in your own calendar app.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Investment risk. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Funds are not bank deposits, are not FDIC insured, and distributions can be reduced or suspended at any time. Past performance and past distributions do not guarantee future results.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms as the site changes. Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use after that date means the revised terms govern that use.
