Calculator data is local by default. The amounts, goals, tax rates, and scenarios you enter into calculators are processed in your browser and are not stored by VestorOak. Our ad integration does not intentionally add those values to ad requests. The one exception is explicit and opt-in: if you send a message to the scenario copilot, your current calculator inputs and results accompany that message to the AI service so it can answer — nothing is sent unless you ask, and nothing is retained by us. Portfolio blends are saved in your browser’s local storage only.
Analytics. Aggregate analytics are not currently enabled. If measurement is enabled, this policy names the provider and its consent behavior first. Analytics never see the amounts, goals, holdings, or tax rates you enter — those stay in your browser.
Advertising privacy. Advertising code remains disabled during this pre-launch stage. Before advertising is enabled, this section will be finalized with the active consent and privacy-choice behavior. You can review Google’s advertising privacy information and manage personalization in Google Ad Settings.
Distribution alert emails (optional). If you subscribe to payout-declared alerts, your email address is the only personal datum we collect. Subscription is double opt-in — nothing is stored until you open the confirmation link — and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that removes you immediately. Addresses are held by our email delivery processor (Resend) solely to send these alerts; they are never used for marketing, shared, or sold. The subscription-free alternative is the calendar feed (.ics), which requires nothing.
Your data, your choices
We do not sell or share personal information. We do not offer accounts, and the only personal data VestorOak can hold is a confirmed email address you choose to provide for distribution alerts. Anyone, wherever they live, may ask to access or delete that address by emailing support@vestoroak.com. We extend that choice to everyone, including where state laws such as California’s CCPA or Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights apply.
Global Privacy Control changes nothing today because we sell and share nothing, and no advertising or cross-site tracking runs while ads are disabled.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information; a parent or guardian may email us to have an address removed.
The site is hosted in the United States and operated under United States law. Its no-account, cookieless-by-default design minimizes personal-data processing for visitors everywhere.
